| COFFEE We brew coffee in small batches by taking fresh roasted whole bean coffee and grinding it just before it is brewed in order to give you the freshest coffee possible. Whole bean coffees are available to purchase in 12oz valve sealed bags. Bodum french presses are also available for sale. ESPRESSO We prepare our espresso shots in a more traditional fashion. A Southern Italian blend of fresh roasted espresso beans are ground and manually tamped immediately prior to "pulling" the espresso shots. The grind of the epresso is adjusted until the espresso shots yield a consistently thick crema. Our espresso is a favorite of those who enjoy the rich, bold, smoky flavor found in European and Mediterranean coffees. ESPRESSO-BASED DRINKS We offer a wide variety espresso-based drinks including lattes, cappuccinos, americanos and frappes. In addition to our regular espresso, we also offer a decaf espresso. So any of our espresso-based drinks can be prepared with decaf espresso. Our lattes can be prepared hot or over ice. Low-fat and non-fat milk choices are available. Soy milk and half & half are also options for our lattes. Our frappes are our most popular cold coffee drink. We blend ice cream base with 2 shots of cold espresso and your favorite flavor and top it off with whip cream. YUM!!! Start your morning off with our "Wake-up Call" - our fresh roasted coffee with a shot of espresso added. This is guaranteed to give you a jump start to your day! Try our iced americano - a tasty alternative to iced coffee. We use Ghirardelli for our dark chocolate, caramel and white chocolate flavors. We use the Ghirardelli chocolate syrup and streamed milk to make our famous hot chocolate. We use Baristella lite syrups to flavor our other drinks. We have over 20 flavors to choose from including 5 sugar-free flavors. CREAMY BLENDZ - a creamy smoothie treat We blend Island Oasis natural fruit smoothie mix and ice cream base to make a creamy fruit smoothie sensation. Choose from strawberry, raspberry, wildberry, mango, peach or passion fruit flavors or mix any of the flavors to create your own unique flavor. HOT TEA We offer Revolution premium whole-leaf teas including several natually decaffeinated herbal teas.
